Join Transsion Holdings and lead retail excellence for our brands Infinix, TECNO and itel. We are looking for a result-driven professional to strengthen our retail presence and drive growth in the market.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute retail strategies to achieve sales and distribution targets.
- Manage and grow the retail network to ensure strong market coverage and visibility.
- Monitor sell-out performance and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and key channel partners.
- Ensure effective implementation of promotions, displays and brand standards at retail outlets.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in Retail / Channel Management, preferably in the Telecom, Smartphone or Consumer Electronics industry.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, sell-out management and market dynamics.
- Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
- Results-driven with strong planning and analytical abilities.
