SPAR Pakistan is looking for an experienced and hands-on Floor Manager – Food to join our growing team in Karachi.
What we’re looking for:
- 3–5 years of mandatory experience in any retail supermarket
- Strong knowledge of Food/FMCG retail operations
- Proven experience in leading and managing teams
- Strong focus on customer service, availability, merchandising and sales
- Ability to manage day-to-day floor operations and drive performance
