Job Description:

Urbansole is looking for an experienced and strategic E-Commerce Manager to lead our digital business and drive online growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute e-commerce and digital growth strategies.
2. Manage website, online marketplaces, and digital channels.
3. Drive online sales through SEO, SEM, social media, email, and paid campaigns.
4. Monitor website performance, traffic, conversions, and campaign ROI.
5. Oversee product listings, pricing, inventory, and online merchandising.
6. Ensure smooth order fulfillment and an excellent customer experience.
7. Analyze sales and digital performance, and prepare reports.
8. Lead the e-commerce and digital marketing teams.
9. Coordinate with Marketing, Supply Chain, IT, and external partners to achieve business goals.

Requirements:

• Experience must be from a retail fashion brand only.
• Strong expertise in e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, online sales, customer experience, and performance analytics.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver business growth.

Experience: 8–9 years of experience in E-Commerce Management.

Education: Graduates from LUMS or Lahore School of Economics (LSE) are highly encouraged to apply.
