WE ARE HIRING! INTERNAL AUDIT EXECUTIVE FACTORY & FGWH
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct physical stock counts (daily, monthly, and surprise checks).
- Verify physical stock quantities with ERP/system records.
- Identify and report shortages, excess quantities, and stock variances.
- Ensure 100% alignment between physical stock and ERP/system stock.
- Ensure proper batch-wise inventory management.
- Verify strict compliance with FIFO (First In, First Out) policy.
- Check that Delivery Challans (DC) reflect correct batch numbers.
- Confirm that no expired or old batches remain undispatched without valid justification.
- Review and verify: Gate Pass (GP), Delivery Challans (DC), Stock Transfer Notes (STN).
- Ensure all dispatches are properly recorded in ERP.
- Identify system posting delays and coordinate with IT and warehouse teams for timely rectification.
EXPERIENCE: 3-4 years of accounts/ Inventory Audit experience in Manufacturing Sector
EDUCATION: B. Com/ M. Com / MBA
