Position: TSM – Retail
📍 Location: Multan.
🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time
🎓 Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, business management, marketing, or related field is preferred.
🎓 Experience Level:
- Proven minimum 05 years’ experience as a territory sales manager preferably in any OMC.
💸 Salary: Market Competitive + Perks + VPS
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
- Traveling to visit fuel retail station.
- Continually meeting or exceeding sales targets by persuading dealers to purchase company products.
- Developing and processing of new retail fuel stations.
- Maintaining solid working relationships with dealers by ensuring that their needs are met and resolving complaints in a timely manner.
- Analysing sales data to determine the most effective sales techniques.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office.
- Passion for sale and performance.
