In this role, you will be the driving force behind high-net-worth customer acquisition and portfolio expansion within our Priority Lounge. Your key focus areas will include:
Portfolio Growth & Sales Strategy: Implementing sales strategies to drive portfolio expansion, maximize lead conversion, and enhance cross-selling opportunities.
HNW Relationship Management: Nurturing lasting relationships with premier clients by providing tailored financial and wealth management support.
Operational Excellence: Fostering a customer-centric culture, upholding high service standards, and ensuring full regulatory and operational compliance.
Team Leadership: Mentoring and guiding sales support personnel to deliver seamless client experiences and consistently achieve targets.
🔍 What We Are Looking For:
Experience:
Minimum 3–5 years of core Branch Banking experience, OR
At least 2–3 years specifically within a Priority Banking / Wealth Segment.
Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or a related field from an HEC-recognized institution.
Key Competencies: Strong financial acumen, portfolio management expertise, superior communication, and exceptional relationship-building skills.
