𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
· Provide desktop support and resolve hardware, software, printer, and operating system issues.
· Manage, configure, and maintain network infrastructure, including switches, routers, and LAN/WAN connectivity.
· Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure to ensure system reliability, security, and optimal performance.
· Implement IT security measures to protect organizational data and systems from cyber threats.
· Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to desktops, networks, and IT equipment in a timely manner.
· Install, configure, and upgrade computer systems, applications, and network devices.
· Perform regular data backup and support data recovery to ensure business continuity.
· Coordinate with different departments to identify IT requirements and provide effective technical solutions.
· Maintain IT assets and technical documentation.
· Coordinate with external vendors for equipment maintenance and technical support when required.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
· 1 – 2 years of relevant experience in desktop support, network administration, and IT infrastructure.
