𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐬
- Audit Planning
Assist in preparation of the annual risk-based Internal Audit Plan.
Conduct preliminary risk assessments, process walkthroughs, and prepare audit programs.
Identify key business, financial, operational, compliance, and IT risks. - Audit Execution
Conduct operational, financial, compliance, IT, and process audits of Head Office departments, Regional Offices, Retail Outlets, and Bulk Oil Terminals.
Evaluate internal controls, identify control weaknesses, operational inefficiencies, fraud indicators, and recommend practical improvements.
Perform audit procedures including tests of controls, substantive testing, compliance testing, and analytical reviews. - IT & Information Systems Audit
Assist in audits of ERP systems, IT General Controls (ITGCs), user access management, cybersecurity controls, and information security practices.
Utilize data analytics and audit tools to identify anomalies, trends, and technology-related risks. - Audit Reporting & Follow-up
Prepare audit observations, risk assessments, recommendations and draft audit reports.
Evaluate management responses, monitor implementation of agreed actions, and conduct follow-up audits to verify closure of observations. - Governance & Continuous Improvement
Support enterprise risk management, regulatory compliance reviews, and special investigations.
Assist in preparation of Audit Committee presentations and maintain confidentiality while ensuring adherence to professional auditing standards.
Perform any other assignments assigned by the Head of Internal Audit.
𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: 3-5 years of relevant experience in an OMC.
𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: CA (Inter) / ACCA preferably with CIA / IT Certification
