Position Opening: Assistant Manager – Supply Chain

Location: Karachi

Key Responsibilities:

-Manage coal inventory in SAP Business One (SAP B1), ensuring accurate data entry and strong stock control.
-Maintain and monitor fuel inventory records and perform regular reconciliations.
-Handle customer queries and prepare reports post inventory and dispatch reconciliation.
-Coordinate with vendors, transporters, and suppliers for daily operations.
-Verify vendor invoices and follow up with the Finance team for timely payments.
-Ensure accuracy in inventory, dispatch, and stock reconciliation processes.
-Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports using SAP B1 and Microsoft Excel.
-Maintain proper documentation in compliance with company procedures.
-Support procurement and logistics operations through effective coordination and reporting.

Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
-1–2 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Procurement.
-Hands-on experience with SAP Business One (SAP B1).
-Strong knowledge of inventory, fuel, fleet, and vendor management.
-Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
