📢 We’re Hiring: PPC Manager – Knit Apparel CMT Unit
We are looking for an experienced Production Planning & Control (PPC) Manager to manage our knits apparel CMT manufacturing unit located in Landhi, Karachi.
The ideal candidate should have at least 10 years of relevant experience in knit garment manufacturing and strong expertise in production planning, capacity management, order execution, line loading and coordination across cutting, stitching, finishing and quality departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage production plans according to order priorities and delivery schedules
- Monitor daily production targets, capacity and line efficiency
- Ensure smooth coordination between merchandising, cutting, stitching, finishing, quality and warehouse teams
- Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective action
- Control work-in-progress and ensure timely order completion
- Maintain accurate production reports and management updates
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery and factory resources
Candidate Requirements: - Minimum 10 years of PPC experience in the knit apparel industry
- Proven experience managing a garment CMT production unit
- Strong leadership, planning and problem-solving skills
- Excellent knowledge of production processes, capacity planning and order follow-up
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict shipment deadlines
- Strong communication and team-management skills
