🌟 Key Responsibilities:
As Branch Manager, you will hold total operational and commercial ownership of the branch, focusing on:
Business & Portfolio Growth: Driving and exceeding assigned targets for Current Accounts (CA), Savings Accounts (SA), Cross-Selling, and overall Branch Profitability.
Operational & Risk Governance: Maintaining a robust control environment in strict compliance with internal bank policies, audit standards, and SBP regulatory guidelines.
Team Leadership: Mentoring and inspiring branch staff, fostering a high-performance culture, and delivering exceptional customer service.
🔍 Candidate Profile:
Experience: 3–5 years of core Branch Banking experience with strong exposure to business development and branch operations.
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or a related field (Master’s / MBA preferred) from an HEC-recognized institution.
Core Skills: Strong sales acumen, decision-making, operational risk management, and relationship-building skills.
