KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collect, organize, validate, and maintain academic and institutional data from various departments.
- Keep up to date regarding all the academics policies of HEC and relevant accreditation bodies, OBE framework, Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) cycles, Self-Assessment Reports (SARs), etc.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using latest AI tools, as well as Power BI and Microsoft Excel.
- Support academic audits, accreditation, and performance monitoring through data-driven analysis.
- Prepare and maintain professional documentation, including policies, SOPs, annual reports, meeting minutes, and institutional submissions.
- Prepare reports and presentations for the different forums.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automate routine reporting where possible.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative departments to ensure timely and accurate data collection and reporting.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Director Academics.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, electrical engineering, Software Engineering, Data Science, or related discipline.
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
- Advanced proficiency in latest AI tools for data analysis, visualization, presentations and report writing.
- Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools such as power BI and Microsoft excel.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with strong report writing and presentation development skills.
- High attention to detail, organizational skills, confidentiality, and ability to manage multiple assignments.
- Knowledge of OBE framework and its components, higher education policies, and accreditation processes will be considered a plus.
