WE’RE HIRING EXPORT OFFICER
The incumbent will be responsible for managing day-to-day export documentation, ensuring smooth customs compliance, tracking material utilization, and coordinating with logistics teams for timely cargo dispatch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and verify booking details in Oracle against manual physical records daily.
- Prepare and route Container Load Plans (CLP) for FCL/LCL shipments to manufacturing units.
- Verify customs documentation before forwarding to clearing agents for error-free GD filing.
- Track and update SRO-492 and EFS imported material utilization in Excel and PSW.
- Monitor and maintain sufficient PSW balances to prevent any shipment or custom delays.
- Coordinate daily with factories, transport drivers, and labor for precise vehicle placement.
- Update and maintain customer-specific folders containing final packing lists, SQCs, and invoices.
- Ensure seamless shift handovers and update container registers on a daily basis.
Qualification : B.COM / Graduate in a relevant field
Experience : 1-2 years of hands-on experience in Export Documentation & Operations
KSA : Strong knowledge of SRO-492, EFS, Oracle, PSW, and export customs procedures
