We’re Hiring — Manager, Control Systems | SLM Tires
Service Long March Tyres Limited (SLM Tires) is growing its Engineering & Utilities team and looking for an experienced automation leader to drive control-system reliability and performance at our Nooriabad plant.
Location: Nooriabad, Jamshoro, Sindh
Department: Engineering & Utilities
Education: BS Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering
Experience: 10+ years in industrial automation
What you’ll do:
- Program, troubleshoot & maintain Siemens PLCs (S7-1200 / 1500)
- Manage SCADA systems (WinCC / TIA Portal)
- Optimize drives & automation systems (SINAMICS preferred)
- Lead control-system projects and continuous improvements
- Manage breakdowns and maximize system uptime
- Coordinate with Siemens vendors and supply chain
What we’re looking for:
- Strong hands-on expertise with Siemens PLC & SCADA
- Proven experience in a manufacturing environment
- Leadership / team-handling experience
- Preferred: ex-Siemens professionals or certified engineers, and exposure to PCS7 / advanced automation systems
