We’re Hiring: Procurement Manager – Services & Marketing Spend
Location: Lahore
Join our dynamic team as Procurement Manager – Services & Marketing Spend to oversee the sourcing, negotiation and management of all services and marketing-related spend including media buying, influencer collaborations, event management and ATL/BTL campaigns.
Procurement Manager – Services & Marketing Spend is responsible to:
Manage negotiations and contracts for TV, radio, print and digital airtime.
Source and coordinate vendors for ATL & BTL activities including outdoor advertising, activations and promotional campaigns.
Identify, evaluate and contract influencers aligned with brand objectives; ensure ROI-driven partnerships.
Oversee procurement for corporate events, product launches, exhibitions and sponsorships.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with agencies, media houses and event partners.
Ensure competitive pricing, budget compliance and value-driven procurement decisions.
Draft, review and manage contracts ensuring adherence to company policies and legal standards.
Work closely with Marketing, Finance and Legal teams to deliver seamless execution.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Supply Chain.
5–7 years of experience in procurement, preferably in marketing/media services.
Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
Proven track record in managing ATL/BTL campaigns, influencer marketing and event procurement.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management and analytical skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
