Area Sales Manager – Central Region
Nishat Linen is seeking an experienced and results-driven Area Sales Manager to oversee retail operations, enhance sales performance, and ensure exceptional brand execution across the Central Region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise retail operations
- Ensure effective implementation of company SOPs in all assigned stores
- Monitor sales performance and achieve regional targets
- Oversee inventory management and stock control
- Ensure proper cash handling and compliance procedures
- Maintain high standards of customer service and brand experience
- Lead, train, and develop store teams
- Coordinate with Head Office and relevant departments
Required Skills:
- Strong analytical and reporting skills

Job Specifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)
- Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in the Retail Fashion Industry
- Strong understanding of retail operations and regional sales management
