International Packaging Films Limited (IPAK) is looking for a creative and multi-skilled 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗽𝗵𝗶𝗰 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗲𝗿 to join its Marketing Communication team in 𝗟𝗮𝗵𝗼𝗿𝗲. The ideal candidate brings strong design expertise, hands-on WordPress experience, and the ability to produce compelling video content for our brand and sustainability campaigns.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
• Design creatives for social media, digital campaigns, print materials, and exhibitions.
• Manage and update website content using WordPress.
• Edit and produce short-form videos for social media reels and corporate communications.
• Support execution of brand campaigns aligned with IPAK’s sustainability framework.
• Maintain consistency in visual identity across all marketing assets.
• Collaborate with the MARCOM team on content calendars and creative briefs.
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Mass Communication, or related field with 2-3 years of professional experience.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite — Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro.
• Hands-on experience with WordPress is a plus.
• Video editing skills with ability to produce polished short-form content.
• Strong eye for aesthetics, typography, and brand consistency.
• Organized, collaborative, and able to handle multiple tasks under deadlines.

International Packaging Films Limited (IPAK) is looking for 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗟𝗼𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀 to manage our logistics operations. The role will be critical in ensuring efficient handling of inbound and outbound logistics operations, cost optimization, and transportation management.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
• Manage import logistics movement of approximately 8,000 tons of raw material and same quantum of finished goods on a monthly basis.
• Handle dispatch planning and execution for finished goods deliveries to:
🔸Local customers across Pakistan
🔸Export customers in international markets
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with:
🔸Shipping lines
🔸Freight forwarders
🔸Transport contractors
• Negotiate competitive freight rates and ensure smooth shipment execution with minimum delays.
• Oversee logistics operations only, while coordinating effectively with existing documentation and ordering teams.
• Manage third-party logistics operations including:
🔸Road transportation
🔸Rail transportation within the country
• Ensure timely vehicle placement, route optimization, and transportation cost control.
• Support and lead upcoming company initiatives related to establishing and managing an in-house transportation fleet.
• Possess strong fleet management capabilities including:
🔸Truck utilization
🔸Maintenance coordination
🔸Operational efficiency monitoring
• Monitor logistics KPIs, delivery timelines, and operational compliance.
𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA or relevant certification is a plus).
• 7–10 years of experience in logistics operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven negotiation skills.
• Proficient in SAP system and MS Office.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
