Key Accountabilities
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of all civil projects within the mall, including maintenance, renovations, and new constructions.
- Conduct regular inspections of the mall’s infrastructure to identify any structural issues, safety concerns, or maintenance requirements.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure the longevity and efficiency of the mall’s civil assets.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field; master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in civil engineering, construction management, or related field, preferably in a commercial or retail setting.
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, structural design, building codes, and regulations.
- Proficiency in project management software, AutoCAD, and other relevant tools for project planning, scheduling, and design.
