The incumbent will be responsible for leading IE functions across production units, including capacity planning, line balancing, SAM validation, GGT based SAM Working manpower optimization, productivity improvement, operation breakdown, work study, method improvement, and efficiency enhancement. The role requires close coordination with production, planning, washing, quality, and technical teams to ensure smooth workflow, cost optimization, and achievement of production targets. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, hands-on experience in garment manufacturing operations, sound knowledge of lean manufacturing and KPI management, and the ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives while leading and mentoring IE teams effectively
- Qualification: Bachelors/Masters in Industrial Engineering
- Experience: 10 -12 Years of experience in a garment manufacturing concern.
