COMPLIANCE OFFICER – REIT MANAGEMENT COMPANY
A REIT Management Company is seeking a qualified and experienced Compliance Officer to manage AML/CFT, legal, regulatory, and corporate compliance matters in accordance with applicable laws and regulations of SECP, PSX, MOFA, Companies Act, REIT Regulations, and other relevant regulatory frameworks.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure compliance with AML/CFT laws, SECP regulations, REIT Regulations, Companies Act, and other applicable laws.
- Manage regulatory filings, disclosures, reporting, and correspondence with SECP, PSX, MOFA, and other authorities.
- Maintain AML/CFT policies, compliance procedures, and internal controls.
- Monitor regulatory developments and advise management on compliance requirements.
- Coordinate statutory, corporate secretarial, and governance-related matters.
- Handle compliance reviews, audits, inspections, and regulatory queries.
- Maintain compliance calendars, records, and statutory documentation.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Candidates from professional qualification backgrounds such as CA, ACCA, CMA, LLB or equivalent will be preferred.
- Minimum 3–7 years of relevant compliance experience in REITs, NBFCs, AMCs, financial institutions, or other regulated entities.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Strong knowledge of AML/CFT and regulatory compliance frameworks.
- Sound understanding of Companies Act, REIT Regulations, and SECP requirements.
- Excellent communication, drafting, and coordination skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
