Join our growing finance team! We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and analytical professional to support our accounting and financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and verify vendor invoices against purchase orders and delivery notes
Ensure accurate posting of invoices in the accounting/ERP system
Coordinate with internal departments for approvals and payment schedules
Maintain proper invoice records and documentation for audit purposes
Ensure compliance with taxation regulations (GST & WHT) and company policies
Reconcile weekly invoicing with airline statements and vendor accounts and receive vouchers and payments
Assist in accounts payable activities and financial reporting
Support month-end closing and reconciliation processes
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B.Com / BBA)
1–3 years of relevant experience in Accounts, Finance, or Accounts Payable
Good command of MS Excel and accounting software (PowerSuite preferred)
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
Basic knowledge of taxation, compliance, and financial procedures
