Sveston is a Luxury Watch Brand, with over four decades of experience in Watchmaking Industry and a family of 20 million happy customers worldwide. For our Office based at Karachi, Pakistan, we are seeking applications for 01x “Technical Support Officer”. Details are mentioned, as below.
Job Description:
- Provide day to day technical support, to all the Kiosks Nationwide.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve Omni related issues.
- Support Omni implementation and post go live activities.
- Create and follow up, on Omni and system related tickets.
- Troubleshoot minor software and access issues.
- Escalate issues when required and ensure closure.
- Support internal tools such as JotForm, WordPosta and the ticketing system.
- Assist users with basic system configurations and usage.
- Coordinate with different departments, for issue resolution.
- Maintain and update basic documentation, for systems and processes.
Candidate Must Have:
- Graduation degree, in related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in Data Entry Management, Retail/FMCG experience will be preferred.
- Strong MS Excel skills.
