Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans and budgets to achieve annual sales targets across the assigned territory.
- Manage and drive territory sales through salesmen, ensuring effective route coverage, market visits, and identification of new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong distributor and customer relationships while ensuring an efficient distribution network and product availability.
- Coordinate with marketing and warehouse teams for promotions, merchandising, inventory management, and timely product delivery.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities, maintain sales records, follow up on leads, and prepare regular sales reports for management review.
WE ARE HIRING SENIOR FINANCE EXECUTIVE – GL & ACCOUNTS
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: 3-5 years of finance experience with strong exposure to financial reporting, GL analysis, audits and accruals management.
M.Com / MBA / CA Finalist / ACCA

Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual financial accounts.
- Monitor GLs against budgets, latest estimates, and prior year performance to ensure financial accuracy and control.
- Support external audits by preparing schedules, documentation, and resolving audit-related queries.
- Process payments, manage accruals, and assist in finance operations and reporting activities.
- Coordinate vendor and employee advance matters while supporting overall finance functions for the business segment.
