𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐚 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐲 is looking to hire a detail-oriented and experienced professional for the position of 𝐌𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐃𝐚𝐭𝐚 𝐀𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐲𝐬𝐭.
𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
o Maintain and update master data records including products, vendors, pricing, barcodes, assortments, and category hierarchies.
o Ensure accurate SKU creation, classification, and product categorization across all sales channels and business categories.
o Manage product data standards such as descriptions, dimensions, costing, retail pricing, tax classifications, and compliance-related attributes.
o Perform bulk uploads, data cleansing, mass updates, and regular audits within ERP/WMS systems to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
o Monitor and manage product lifecycle statuses including new launches, active, discontinued, blocked, and obsolete SKUs.
o Coordinate with merchandising, planning, finance, supply chain, ecommerce, and IT teams for seamless product onboarding and master data governance.
o Identify process improvement and automation opportunities while ensuring all master data changes follow approved workflows and historical tracking standards.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
o Strong knowledge of master data management principles.
o Experience with ERP (Microsoft AX – 2012), WMS, or retail management systems.
o Understanding of retail product structures, SKU management, and inventory processes.
o Ability to manage large transactional datasets with high accuracy.
