Are you a technical procurement expert with strong vendor networks in engineering and utilities? Samira Fabrics Pvt Ltd is looking for a Manager Purchase to join our team! 💼
📌 Position: Manager Purchase
📌 Location: Khurrianwala, Faisalabad
📌 Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Own all purchase activities for Electrical, Mechanical, Weaving, and Utilities departments — from spares and consumables to capital equipment
- Source and procure electrical items, mechanical spares, weaving parts, and utilities equipment to ensure zero downtime
- Build strong vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for best cost, quality, and delivery terms
- Track market rates, control purchase budgets, and drive cost-saving initiatives
- Work closely with Engineering, Weaving, and Utilities teams to finalize specs and meet urgent requirements
- Maintain ERP records, ensure SOP compliance, and implement controls for transparent purchasing
What We’re Looking For:
- 7-8 years of relevant experience in technical procurement, preferably in composite textile mills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Supply Chain / Business Administration
- Strong technical understanding of electrical, mechanical, weaving spares, and utilities equipment
- Proven negotiation, vendor development, and inventory management skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel
- Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination abilities
