Zonal Sales Manager – Food Services (South) to lead and grow our Food Service business across Sindh and Baluchistan. The role is responsible for managing sales operations, distributor networks, key accounts, and sales teams while driving business growth within hotels, restaurants, catering, and institutional segments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Food Service sales operations across Sindh & Baluchistan.
- Develop and execute zonal sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Manage relationships with Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés (HORECA), catering companies, and institutional customers.
- Handle and grow local and international key accounts through strategic account management.
- Oversee distributor management, including performance monitoring, market coverage, stock availability, and business development.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the zonal sales team to ensure high performance and market execution.
- Drive consultative selling approaches by understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market penetration within the Food Service channel.
- Coordinate closely with marketing, supply chain, and operations teams to ensure seamless customer service.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to support business planning.
- Ensure achievement of sales KPIs, profitability targets, and collection objectives.
