RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage schedules, meetings, and appointments for executives
- Handle official correspondence, emails, and documentation
- Arrange travel itineraries, hotel reservations, and ticket bookings
- Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items
- Maintain confidential records and files
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in MS Office and email communication
- Prior experience in a similar role will be preferred
