MICROBIOLOGIST (FOOD INDUSTRY)
The Microbiologist will be responsible for performing microbiological testing, monitoring hygiene standards, and ensuring that all raw materials, production processes, and finished products meet food safety and quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct microbiological testing of raw materials, water, air, and finished products.
- Monitor hygiene and sanitation in production areas.
- Identify and analyze microbial contamination risks.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards (HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000).
- Maintain lab records, reports, and documentation.
- Support QA/QC teams in food safety compliance.
- Investigate contamination issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure proper sterilization and lab safety procedures.
- Monitor shelf-life and microbial stability of products.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, chemistry or related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in microbiology or quality control in food, beverages, or bakery industry is required.
- Experience with HACCP / ISO 22000 systems is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of microbiology principles and laboratory practices.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work in a team and follow strict procedures.

QUALITY CONTROL (QC) OFFICER
We are looking for a Quality Control Officer to inspect, test, and ensure that beverages and bakery (cake) products meet required quality, taste, safety, and presentation standards before reaching customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect raw materials used in beverages and bakery production.
- Conduct quality checks during production and on finished products.
- Test product taste, texture, freshness, and consistency.
- Ensure products meet company and food safety standards.
- Identify defects, contamination risks, or quality deviations.
- Record inspection results and prepare QC reports.
- Work closely with production team to resolve quality issues.
- Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and shelf-life compliance.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in production areas.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in quality control in food, beverages, or bakery industry is required.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and quality systems.
- Understanding of HACCP, GMP, and ISO standards.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage compliance and documentation.
