Role Overview
Responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities across AICL with a focus on timely hiring, proactive talent sourcing, and operational excellence. This role contributes to strengthening the recruitment processes and improving candidate experience.
Key Accountabilities
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders/department heads to understand manpower requirements, job specifications, and hiring priorities to ensure timely closure of positions.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Streamline onboarding plans to improve the “New Hire Experience.”
- Contribute towards improving recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, hiring workflows, and candidate experience initiatives to enhance recruitment effectiveness.
- Support employer branding activities and recruitment campaigns to attract quality talent aligned with organizational culture and business requirements.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, approval matrices, and meet recruitment SLAs for standard roles within AICL.
Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 05 years of experience in the recruitment domain.
