Position: Junior Officer/Dozer Driver – Coal Operations
The ideal candidate should have the following qualification, experience and skill sets:
- Matriculation & Above with more than 8 years’ experience in operating heavy machinery.
- Process Industries Experience preferred.
- Proficient in operating heavy equipment (Loader/Dozer/Excavator).
- Ability to handle coal yard operations efficiently.
- Basic troubleshooting and fault identification skills.
- Good communication and teamwork ability.
The main responsibilities of the position will involve:
- Operate loader, dozer, and excavator safely and efficiently.
- Perform daily inspection of loader/dozer/excavator before operation.
- Check fuel, oil, hydraulic system, brakes, and safety devices.
- Carry out coal loading, unloading, stacking, and leveling tasks.
- Perform coal stacking, reclaiming, leveling, Compaction and feeding operations.
- Maintain smooth coal flow and avoid blockage or spillage.
- Follow all safety regulations and operational procedures strictly.
- Conduct pre-start and routine inspections of equipment.
- Identify and report any equipment defects or abnormal conditions.
- Coordinate with control room and other operators for smooth operation.
- Prevent coal contamination and ensure proper coal segregation.
- Maintain housekeeping and cleanliness in the working area.
- Record operational activities and Machinery Fault reporting to supervisor.

Position: Assistant Manager – Civil
The ideal candidate should have the following qualification, experience and skill sets:
- BE in Civil Engineering, minimum 8 years’ experience in civil engineering, more than 3 years working experience in production technical department or related. Age not more than 40 years.
- Familiar with relevant standards, procedures and regulations of mainframe civil engineering, HVAC and firefighting equipment.
- Proficiency in using production and office software.
- Basic proficiency in Chinese are preferred.
The main responsibilities of the position will involve:
- Responsible for Civil related projects and maintenance work.
- Defect Management of Civil Engineering, HVAC System, Firefighting and related Spare Parts Procurement.
- Responsible for Auditing related Technical Documents such as Maintenance Plan, Technical Renovation Plans etc.
- Responsible for Development of Civil Engineering Professional Safety Measures and Anti-accident Measures.
- Participate in the analysis of Civil Engineering Professional unsafe incidents and supervise the implementation of corrective measures.
- Responsible for completing other tasks assigned by Management/Leadership and the department.
