COORDINATOR – UTILITIES & MAINTENANCE
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering OR DAE (Electrical/Mechanical preferred) | 2–4 years of relevant experience in utilities or facility management
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor and manage utilities including electricity, HVAC, generators, and water systems
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Liaise with vendors and service providers for maintenance work
- Track utility consumption and highlight inefficiencies
- Maintain maintenance logs, reports, and service records
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
- Manage inventory of tools, spare parts, and consumables
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve maintenance issues
- Basic technical knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems
- Strong coordination and vendor management skills
- Good problem-solving and reporting abilities
- Proficient in MS Office
