QUALIFICATION: Master’s in Human Resource or equivalent degree

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Medical Insurance Management

  • Manage employee insurance data – additions, deletions, eligibility checks & requests
  • Coordinate with providers on claims, endorsements, card issuance & query resolution
  • Prepare reports on utilization, cost trends & support policy implementation

Rewards Analytics & Reporting

  • Maintain reward dashboards covering increments, adjustments & cost impact
  • Analyze salary trends, band positioning & support market benchmarking
  • Generate periodic reports highlighting trends, risks & improvement areas

HR Data Management & System Support

  • Ensure accuracy & integrity of employee data in HR systems (BEAMS)
  • Perform data validations, reconciliations & audits for rewards-related information
  • Coordinate with IT for system enhancements, automation & process standardization

POSITION Manager Research & Development

  • Beaconhouse Research in Education (BRE) Education Department Beaconhouse

LOCATION Lahore, Pakistan

QUALIFICATION: Master’s degree in Education Research, Social Sciences, Research Methods, or a related field.

EXPERIENCE : 3-5 years of relevant experience in research, preferably in an educational or academic setting, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and oversee all research activities at BRE, ensuring alignment with the organisation’s mission to promote evidence-based educational practice.
  • Design, plan, and manage both internal and external research projects from inception to publication.
  • Develop and implement BRE’s research agenda in collaboration with the Education Department and senior leadership.
  • Build and manage partnerships with universities, research institutions, and organizations (local and international) to facilitate collaborative research.
  • Oversee the production of BRE’s bi-annual newsletter and research journal, ensuring timely and high-quality output.
  • Supervise and mentor research staff, providing guidance on methodology, data collection, and analysis.
  • Manage the research approval process, ensuring all projects meet ethical guidelines and institutional standards.
  • Translate research findings into actionable insights and present recommendations to stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Maintain and update BRE’s website (WordPress) with research publications, events, news, and updates.
  • Develop and maintain BRE’s digital presence, creating engaging content using tools such as Canva for newsletters, social media, and reports.
  • Monitor emerging trends and developments in educational research globally and ensure BRE remains at the forefront of the field.

SKILLS

  • Qualitative & quantitative research, survey design, data collection & statistical analysis
  • Proficiency in SPSS/R and data visualisation tools (Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio)
  • Strong academic writing with experience in research reports, journal articles & publications
  • WordPress management & Canva/design tools proficiency
  • Familiarity with ethical research frameworks & governance processes
