𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐚 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐲 is looking to hire a skilled and experienced candidate for the position of 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐫 & 𝐌𝐄𝐏 𝐃𝐫𝐚𝐟𝐭𝐬𝐦𝐚𝐧.
𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
o Prepare detailed interior and MEP drawings from concept stage to final execution, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
o Develop and coordinate MEP layouts based on engineering inputs, ensuring alignment with architectural designs.
o Produce high-quality floor plans, elevations, sections, and site-ready shop drawings for project execution.
o Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and consultants to ensure timely and accurate drawing delivery.
o Generate precise construction details and prepare “As-Built” drawings upon project completion.
o Ensure all drawings meet industry standards, company guidelines, and site specifications.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
o Diploma or certification in AutoCAD, drafting, or interior fit-outs will be an added advantage.
o Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Interior Design within a retail or fit-out environment.
o Strong expertise in MEP coordination, shop drawings, and detailed construction documentation.
o Proficient in preparing accurate floor plans, elevations, sections, and as-built drawings for execution and handover.
