We are looking for a dynamic and experienced “Site Supervisor” with hands-on exposure in Design & Build Interior Projects to oversee site activities and ensure timely execution of projects while maintaining quality and safety standards.
📍 Locations: Karachi | Lahore | Faisalabad | Rawalpindi
🎓 Qualification: Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design or relevant field.
💼 Experience: 8–10 years of relevant experience in architecture & interior works.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day site operations for interior fit-out and construction projects.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and technical teams for smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed within timelines.
- Ensure quality control and compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Manage site manpower, material utilization, and reporting.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain safety and operational standards.
- Resolve on-site issues and provide practical solutions during project execution.
- Coordinate with design and project teams regarding site requirements and updates.
