About the Role:
Liberty Books is seeking a dynamic and experienced Area Sales Manager to lead and drive sales performance across our Lahore outlets. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership capabilities, operational expertise, and a passion for retail—especially books.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage sales operations across all Lahore outlets
- Monitor store performance and ensure achievement of sales targets
- Plan and manage staff rosters, attendance, and shift scheduling
- Train, coach, and develop store teams to improve productivity
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards across all locations
- Analyze sales data and implement strategies to increase revenue
- Maintain store presentation, stock availability, and merchandising standards
- Coordinate with Head Office on promotions, campaigns, and inventory planning
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, or related field preferred)
- 3–5 years of experience in retail sales management (multi-store experience preferred)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools
💰 Salary: PKR 125,000 – 150,000
