Greaves Pakistan Pvt Ltd is seeking a Sales & Service Coordinator to join our team in Islamabad. The ideal candidate should possess a graduation degree (BA/BBA/BSc, etc.) and have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Assisting sales and service teams in daily operations and providing back office support as needed.
- Preparing and maintaining various documents related to sales and services in accordance with audit requirements.
- Following up on the collection of receivables from corporate and individual clients within the agreed time frame and reporting to the Senior General Manager of Sales.
- Timely preparation of quotations and invoices in SAP, and assisting in the preparation and submission of tenders.
- Coordinating the timely issuance of parts to the service team along with necessary documentation.
- Managing the preparation of Gate-Passes and maintaining records of all documents.
- Collecting, processing, and keeping records of Field Service Reports (FSRs) and other documentation, including expense bills from the service team.
- Preparing various reports, including Daily Activity Reports, Weekly and Monthly Reports, and Stock Reports as required by management.
