Position : Production Engineer
Key Accountabilities
- Ensure efficient machine operations to meet daily targets while following SOPs and quality standards.
- Apply WCM to reduce losses and drive continuous improvement.
- Minimize operational waste in line with business goals.
- Standardize settings to improve quality and reduce complaints.
- Perform regular maintenance to sustain machinery performance.
- Ensure SHEQ compliance with cost and inventory control.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors
- BS Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical/Mechatronics
- 0-1 Years of relevant experience
- Strong technical knowledge of machines, troubleshooting, safety, and GMP standards.
- Proficient in data analysis and RCA
- Effective in floor leadership with strong communication skill and detail oriented
- Self-driven and quick to learn new processes and technologies.
