Experience: 6-8 years of experience in customer engagement, patient services. Hospitality industry experience will be preferred.

- Ability to manage and streamline patient flow coordination.
- Expertise in monitoring service standards and creating a positive hospital environment.
- Experience in training and development, with a focus on building staff capacity to meet service excellence goals.

- Proficiency in reporting and analysis to track service quality and patient satisfaction metrics.
