We are hiring Key Accounts Manager
Key Accountabilities
- Preparation of sales forecast on annually, quarterly and monthly basis.
- Setting sales targets and making plans to achieve them.
- Responsible for the development and achievement of sales through the direct sales channel. Focus on customer satisfaction.
- Playing an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective onboarding of new clients.
- Focus on the growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business.
- New Business Developments
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors
- MBA with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Analytical skills, flexible thinking, judgement, communication skills, organizational skills, computer skills, continuous improvement.
- Must have experience of customer relationship management, sales, marketing, operations management.
- Should have experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies.
- Ability to act/work independently/high motivation/ability to multi-task.
