Location: Port Qasim, Karachi | On-site
Thal Boshoku Pakistan (Private) Limited is looking to connect with a detail-oriented and proactive professional for the role of Assistant Manager – Dispatch to support our automotive production and dispatch operations.
The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination between production, logistics, and customers while maintaining accurate records and operational efficiency.
𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
Manage daily dispatches, FG storage, and Kanban-based dispatch readiness.
Maintain stock levels, track dollies, and align dispatch needs with production plans.
Coordinate with customers and internal teams for timely, accurate deliveries.
Ensure safety compliance and uphold 5S standards in the store.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience in dispatch, logistics, or supply chain.
3–5 years of relevant experience in dispatch, logistics or supply chain management within a manufacturing or automotive setup.
Proficient in ERP/supply chain systems and MS Office applications.
Strong coordination, documentation, and process tracking abilities.
Ability to manage time-sensitive operations efficiently.
