𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: 8 -10 Years in Garments/Textile Industry
𝐌𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐬𝐞: Pocket Hemming, Auto Spreaders, J Stitch, Pocket Welt, Loop Attach, Eyelet Brother, Pocket Setter.
𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬: Sewing machinery management, preventive/predictive maintenance, digital reporting.
𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞: Leads the overall maintenance strategy to improve machine efficiency, reduce downtime, and support production needs. It drives preventive and predictive maintenance, conducts RCA for breakdowns, and implements modern maintenance and digital tracking systems. The position manages complete machine asset records, presents performance insights, and works closely with production to support sewing efficiency and technology upgrades. It also involves leading and developing multi-site maintenance teams.
