The University of South Asia is looking for a dynamic and well-connected professional to lead our Industry Linkages & Corporate Relations Department. This role is designed for someone who can strategically build partnerships, strengthen employer networks, enhance alumni engagement, and directly contribute to student career success.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain partnerships with employers, companies, startups, and organizations.
Develop structured internship and job placement pipelines.
Organize job fairs, employer sessions, career expos, and recruitment drives.
Maintain an active employer database and nurture ongoing relationships.
Strengthen alumni engagement through events and networking initiatives.
Collaborate with academic departments to match student skills with market needs.
Identify corporate training, workshops, and partnership opportunities.
Represent USA professionally in all external meetings and industry interactions.

🔹 Requirements

3–7 years’ experience in HR, corporate relations, recruitment, or business development.
Strong network across Lahore’s corporate, SME, tech, BPO, and services sectors.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Confident dealing with senior HR leaders and industry professionals.
Experience organizing corporate events, job fairs, or outreach activities.
Background in university relations, HR consultancy, or corporate training (preferred).
