Requirements: Minimum 5 years of relevant brand management experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute long-term brand strategy
- Conduct consumer and market research to identify insights and trends
- Lead product development, innovation, and packaging upgrades
- Plan and manage marketing campaigns (digital, TV, outdoor, social media)
- Brief creative agencies and oversee campaign execution
- Coordinate with sales and trade teams for in-store visibility and promotions
- Manage brand budgets and ensure cost-effective decision-making
- Track brand performance, campaign results, and market share
- Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, production, and design teams
