POSITION: ASSISTANT MANAGER LICENSING
DEPARTMENT: FLIGHT SERVICES
LOCATION: KARACHI
QUALIFICATION: BACHELOR’S DEGREE FROM AN HEC-RECOGNIZED UNIVERSITY. EXPERIENCE: 6-9 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN A SIMILAR ROLE.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Experience as Cabin Crew (CC) or Lead Cabin Crew (LCC) will be preferred
- Supervisory experience will be preferred
- Strong knowledge of PCAA regulations and licensing processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for licensing management is required/preferred
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under strict deadlines with strong attention to detail.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure compliance with Pakistan CAA regulations in all licensing & documentation matters.
- Oversee timely preparation, submission, & renewal of crew licenses, variations & regulatory paperwork.
- Maintain strong relationships with PCAA personnel and coordinate on licensing procedures.
- Monitor expires, training schedules, & ensure timely uploads to company systems.
- Develop and improve licensing and renewal processes in collaboration with IT for efficiency.
- Manage regulatory inspections, liaise with authorities, and present updates to senior management.
- Review industry practices and recommend improvements to internal systems and policies.
