Assistant Project Manager — Wind Projects
We are seeking a motivated Assistant Project Manager to join our Wind EPC team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and execution of wind power projects.
- Monitor and implement QA/QC procedures in line with project specifications and OEM standards.
- Enforce and supervise HSE compliance across site activities.
- Coordinate with contractors, site engineers, and subcontractors for smooth project execution.
- Track project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports for management.
- Support in reviewing technical documents, drawings, and method statements.
- Facilitate inspections, audits, and compliance checks with clients and consultants.
- Participate in site meetings and resolve day-to-day technical and operational challenges.
Qualification and Experience: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory). Experience: Minimum 5–7 years of experience in wind project execution (planning, QA/QC, HSE, and site management).
Prerequisites:
- Strong knowledge of wind turbine erection, civil and electrical interfaces, and EPC execution.
- Proficiency in project planning tools (MS Project/Primavera) will be an advantage.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and reporting skills.
- Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.

Manager – Wind Pre-Sales
We are seeking a motivated Manager – Wind Pre-Sales (Proposal Development & Costing) to join our Wind EPC team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead preparation of EPC proposals for wind projects including technical, commercial, and financial inputs.
- Develop accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and pricing models for wind EPC projects.
- Review and interpret RFPs, RFQs, and tender documents to prepare competitive bids.
- Coordinate with internal engineering, procurement, logistics, and construction teams to align proposal deliverables.
- Interface with OEMs, subcontractors, and vendors to collect pricing and technical data.
- Support sales team in client presentations, clarifications, and negotiations.
- Ensure proposals are fully compliant with client requirements, grid codes, and regulatory frameworks.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and cost benchmarks to ensure competitive positioning.
Qualification and Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (mandatory).
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in wind energy projects (preferably EPC/sales/proposals).
Prerequisites:
- Strong understanding of wind turbine technology, BOP (civil, electrical, mechanical) scope, and project costing.
- Experience with proposal management tools, costing software, and MS Excel/Project.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines with multiple stakeholders.

WE ARE HIRING
WTG Erection Lead – Wind Projects
We are seeking a motivated WTG Erection Lead to join our Wind EPC team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise on-site erection of Wind Turbine Generators (WTGs).
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily erection activities in compliance with project schedules, OEM guidelines, and HSE standards.
- Manage site teams, contractors, and crane operations for large component installation (tower sections, nacelle, hub, blades, etc.).
- Ensure quality control, alignment, and torquing of all WTG components as per specifications.
- Conduct pre-installation checks, risk assessments, and tool/equipment verification before critical lifts.
- Maintain close coordination with EPC, OEM representatives, logistics, and safety officers.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and highlight potential risks or delays.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during erection, escalating to OEM if required.
Qualification and Experience:
- Education: B.E. in Mechanical Engineering / B-Tech.
- Experience: 4–5 years of proven hands-on experience in wind turbine erection with a track record of leading erection activities.
Prerequisites:
- Strong knowledge of heavy-lift cranes, blade adapters, hydraulic tools, and lifting plans.
- Familiarity with OEM erection manuals (Goldwind, Envision, Vestas, Nordex, Siemens, etc.) will be an advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and reporting skills.
Location: Project Sites (Pakistan).
