Location: Base City – Karachi
Position: Regional Sales Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Having a good command of feature phone & smartphone sales.
- Overseeing local and regional sales, promotions, and campaigns.
- Keep an eye on market share & focus on channel penetration.
- Good relationship with MDs and deep knowledge on the retail part.
- Planning and directing the hiring and training of new Sales Representatives.
- Directing and coordinating all sales activities locally and regionally.
- Handling & resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service.
- Advising distributors and dealers on policies and (SOPs).
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients.
- Setting sales quotas and goals.
- Overseeing and directing the performance of the sales team.
- Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities.
- Defining and executing territory sales plans.
Requirements.
Minimum 4-5 years of Sales experience in feature phones and smartphones.
Excellence communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
Good team handling skills.
