We’re HIRING Deputy Manager Quality Management System (Home Textile)
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in implementing and managing QMS in textile industry.
Skills:
- Strong auditing skills with hands-on experience in internal and external audits.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Responsibilities:
- Lead and maintain QMS implementation in compliance with ISO 9001.
- Develop, review, and control QMS documentation (policies, SOPs, work instructions).
- Plan and conduct internal audits; ensure CAPA for identified non-conformities.
- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Coordinate with external auditors; ensure audit preparedness and documentation.
- Conduct QMS training and awareness sessions across departments.
- Monitor and report quality KPIs with recommendations for improvement.
