Key Responsibilities:
• Design and administer research questionnaires to collect data relevant to compliance, labor standards, and industry practices.
• Conduct policy and regulatory research, including social and economic assessments, to evaluate sector trends and identify potential risks or opportunities for the food processing industry.
• Review organizational practices and development initiatives to ensure alignment with legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements, and provide clear guidance on approval processes and standards.
• Research and analyze labor laws, food industry regulations, and compliance standards
• Draft, review, and update company HR and compliance policies
• Support audits, inspections, and compliance reporting requirements
• Prepare briefs, reports, and policy recommendations for management
• Collaborate with HR and operations teams to strengthen compliance practices
• Research employee benefit and health and safety practices and recommend changes or modifications to existing policies.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Public Policy, Business Administration, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in compliance, policy analysis, or research roles
• Strong knowledge of Pakistan labor laws and workplace compliance frameworks
• Proven skills in research, policy writing, and analytical reporting
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Self-driven and able to work effectively in a remote, part-time role (20 hours per week)
