As part of our commitment to nurturing young talent, we are offering an exciting opportunity for an Organizational Development (OD) Intern to join our Human Resources Department at our Lahore Office.
Position: Organizational Development Intern
Department: Human Resources
Location: Lahore
What You Will Do:
–Support organizational development initiatives that strengthen our culture and people practices.
–Assist in employee engagement and learning projects.
–Conduct research on HR & OD best practices and present actionable insights.
–Collaborate with HR professionals on key departmental projects.
Who We’re Looking For:
BBA/MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline (fresh graduates or final-year students encouraged to apply).
Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office tools.
Passion for learning and contributing to organizational excellence.
