Job Essential:
- Develop and implement quality assurance strategies, policies, and SOPs aligned with standards, buyer requirements and business objectives.
- Maintain strong relationships with R&D, Production, Merchandising, and Compliance teams to ensure quality integration.
- Lead and manage the QA team across all production units to ensure adherence to quality benchmarks.
- Oversee quality assurance activities at all stages: raw material inspection, in-process control, pre-final inspection, and shipment approval.
- Identify potential quality risks early in the production cycle and implement preventive measures.
- Ensure compliance with buyer specifications, AQL standards, industry certifications and regulatory requirements.
- Keep updated on the latest testing techniques, equipment, and textile quality innovations.
